ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

ZZ.DOT advertising agency is looking for an ACCOUNT DIRECTOR for its' Client Service Department. The candidates will have the opportunity to work on a friendly business environment and have a career development within our company while handling & serving the largest clients of the local & international advertising market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops 360ο strategy & proposals for the clients
  • Organizes, co-ordinates and executes mainly BTL & Digital projects
  • Develops cost breakdown of proposed activities and monitoring cost components
  • Point of contact for senior clients and establish strong relationships, understanding of client’s needs.
  • Work with management team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients.
  • Mentor and develop his/her team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges.
  • Implement proprietary and 3rd party tools into the planning process.
  • Assist the Operations team with designing the training and implementation of all internal and external tools.
  • Build a team to deliver company business and revenue goals.
  • Will lead multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organization.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Education & Skills

  • At least two years working experience in a similar position
  • University level Bachelor Degree in Marketing (Master degree will be considered a plus)
  • Experience in organization, implementation & supervision of BTL & Digital projects & activities
  • Experience in Social Platforms & Digital Marketing (new technologies & trends)
  • Strategic thinking, creativity and marketing knowledge. Ability to develop strategic proposals combining off-line and online actions.
  • Excellent presentation skills in Greek and English.
  • Organizational skills & consistency in keeping timelines.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under time pressure
  • Team spirit and ability to co-operate
  • Excellent communicational skills: verbal & writing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Οffice (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
